Larios Ecology Lab

The University of California in Riverside is a great place to explore novel and exciting research questions in a collaborative environment. Unfortunately, we are not accepting any applications for graduate students at this time.  

We are always excited to have enthusiastic students get involved with research. We have a variety of ongoing projects for which we are regularly looking for student help. We work with students to give them a variety of field and lab experiences. There are a couple options for joining the lab: 1. Volunteering, 2. Earning Research Credits, 3. Summer Research Programs, and 4. Thesis projects. If you are interested in working in the lab, please contact me or someone in the lab to inquire about potential opportunities. To begin the conversation: 1. Read information about the work that we do, 2. Send a description of why you are interested in working in the lab and the type of experiences you're interested in, 3. an unofficial transcript, and  4. a CV/resume.

We currently do not have positions available for a postdoctoral researcher, but I am excited to work with dedicated candidates to develop fellowship and grant proposals that would fund their work in the lab. I encourage potential postdoctoral researchers to contact me a year before finishing their PhD or current post-doc, to allow time to develop a proposal.
